Overview

We’re starting an exciting new project in the Noroton Heights area of Darien

We’ve purchased the remaining four acres of land in the former Noroton Heights Shopping Center from the Palmer family and will be building a multi-use development that will consist of retail and commercial space, a Goddard School, and 65 luxury residential rental apartments.

We think this development will be a game changer for the neighborhood and the Town of Darien. It will create a new and vibrant area within Darien and Fairfield County and integrate residential living with retail commerce that offers unparalleled access to transportation.

Demolition at the existing site will begin in the next week and we expect to begin site work and excavation at the property in the spring.

Ground Floor

28,765 square feet of retail and commercial space, including the Goddard School, two full service restaurants, two fast casual restaurants, and two other retail storefronts.

Second and
Third Floors

The residential apartments will consist of 31 one-bedroom units, 30 two-bedroom units, and 4 three-bedroom units. Plans call for 15 percent of the 65 units to be affordable units, which exceed state and town requirements.
