Overview
This project was acquired in December of 2019. Formerly known as "Darien Playhouse", it has been since renamed "Darien Place".
The building will be repurposed with retail shops remaining on the ground floor and as many as four apartments being built to occupy the second floor. The historic brick marquee will be preserved on the front of the building.
Our tenants include Caffè Nero, Scena Wine Bar & Restaurant, Verizon, Posh Spa & Nail, and CST50. Coming Soon we have Kennedy's Barber Shop and The Darien Lighting Shop
