Jon Vaccaro
Jon has an extensive background and long track record in commercial real estate capital markets. He has operated in almost every aspect of real estate with an in-depth understanding. He’s an owner of real estate, has supervised ground-up construction, leased and managed property, been a CEO and CIO of a real estate special situations fund, invested in real estate projects outside the United States, and built and managed an extensive global real estate capital markets business with a worldwide team of 600 professionals. Jon served as the global head of commercial real estate at Deutsche Bank for 14 years.
As a private equity investor, Jon has bought and sold several real estate service companies, including serving on the board of directors in those portfolio companies.
In 2018, Jon established V4 Partners and V20 Group-to advise and invest in commercial real estate opportunities. As a general partner, Jon seeks out special or distressed situations for the development of mixed-use properties. This commercial real estate portfolio continues to grow, and the returns have been exemplary.
Jon was formerly the CIO and CEO of Resolution Recovery Partners (a Cantor Fitzgerald affiliate), and has been an advisor to: Spring 11 (a Newmark affiliate), Revetas Capital Partners (an Eastern European based real estate investment management), West Dallas Investments, and others. From 2014 to 2018, he founded and served as CEO of Cantor Real Estate, a real estate asset management business
Joe Vaccaro
Joseph serves as a partner at V20 Group, LLC., and as a commercial real estate developer. Joseph joined V20 Group in 2018 with a focus on growing the business and contributing analytics expertise. He is involved in all facets of the development process including site acquisition, ground-up construction, leasing, property management, and maintaining the landlord/tenant relationship.
Joseph has 18 years of experience in the securitized product industry, primarily as a mortgage credit bond trader and trading desk supervisor. Prior to joining V20 Group, Joseph was managing director and group head of securitized products trading at KeyBank Capital Marketings in New York, where he managed the trading business and led the transformation of the securitized products department into a well-known and respected business.
Joseph also has a deep knowledge of mortgage credit trading, having managed multiple securitized products trading businesses at RBC Capital Marketing, Amherst Securities, and Merrill Lynch. His career began in 2002 at Bear Stearns Companies on the mortgage backed securities trading desk.
Tyler Grant
Tyler joined V20 Group as a senior associate in 2023. He is involved in all areas of operation including new acquisitions, asset management, development, leasing, and property management.
Prior to joining V20 Group, he served as a senior analyst and led the team of analysts for the RMR Group, which managed five publicly traded REITs across all asset types totaling more than $30 billion. He facilitated and worked on new acquisitions which included a $4 billion industrial acquisition of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation. Tyler was also involved with portfolio management analytics, evaluating existing properties for potential ways to optimize performance, and underwriting new loans/servicing existing loans for their managed mortgage REIT.
Tyler also has experience in the mortgage brokerage business where he served as an associate at Goedecke & Co. Tyler participated in sourcing and arranging both debt and equity for properties across the Northeast. Tyler created all cash flow analysis and marketing material development for clients as well as facilitating loan closings.
Tyler graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2020 with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.
