Two retail tenants and four residential apartments occupy the building that was purchased by V20 Group in 2016 and completed in 2018.

The former Darien Playhouse will retain retail clients on the ground floor. The second floor will be converted into apartments.

Once vacant, this newly renovated retail space has had the original brick facade restored, an awning installed, and a green space created.

A 45,000-square-foot industrial facility will replace an abandoned contractor yard. It’s slated for completion later this year.
