East (1950 Boston Post Road)
V20 Group’s first project. This property was the site of two homes that were demolished to create a mixed-use space for retail clients and residential apartments.
Purchased in 2015 and completed in 2017, the new building includes three retail clients (Danny’s Cycles, Roost, and Julia’s Salon and Company), and four apartments.
West (1958 Boston Post Road)
Two new retail tenants (Pure Barre and Double Exposure) and four residential apartments occupy the building that was purchased by V20 Group in 2016 and completed in 2018.
There are three larger apartments, approximately 1000 square feet each, and one studio apartment.
