Overview
After this once-vacant 2.3-acre property in South Norwalk was developed into a 45,000-square-foot warehouse that included 90 parking spaces and four loading docks, the property was sold in June.2020
It was purchased by V20 as raw land in September 2019, gained zoning approval from the City of Norwalk in late 2019, and construction was completed at the site in March 2021.
V20 initially considered leasing the property but was persuaded to sell after receiving a strong, unsolicited purchase offer. The new ownership group is considering converting the space into a self-storage facility.
