This retail space was created after V20 purchased a dilapidated and vacated structure.

The original brick facade was renovated, a new awning installed and the front parking lot removed to create green space and a sidewalk. Construction was completed in 2019.

Our valued tenants include Orangetheory Fitness, Pasta Vita and Greenfield Cleaners.
