This milestone marks the latest step forward in our mission to revitalize underutilized assets and bring high-performing industrial space to Stamford, Connecticut, and throughout Fairfield County.
What’s Next for 120 Hamilton Avenue?
Acquired in December 2024, 120 Hamilton Avenue is a strategically located industrial-zoned property in Stamford’s south end, formerly used as a data center by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Situated less than a mile from I-95 and Stamford’s growing logistics corridor, the property is ideally positioned for modern industrial use.
Recognizing the potential in this former corporate facility, V20 Group is undertaking a complete redevelopment. Our plan: demolish the existing structure and deliver a high-bay, modern industrial warehouse that meets the rising demand for efficient, flexible space for logistics, manufacturing, or last-mile distribution.
Thanks to close collaboration with city officials, planners, engineers, and our in-house development team, we successfully navigated this rigorous process, culminating in the issuance of a full building permit for 120 Hamilton Avenue.
With approvals in hand, demolition is set to begin shortly. Construction of the new warehouse facility will follow, featuring:

- Loading dock access to support tenant distribution needs
- Efficient design suited for single or multiple tenants
